Wills, Trusts, and Estates
(C) 1927, James L. Madden
Part of the “Life Insurance: it’s economic and social relations” series.
I do this stuff for a living, and I love antique books. And even for me this is a dry book. What it does exemplify however is the old adage “the more things change, the more they stay the same”. In a textbook on life insurance that’s almost 100 years old we again find material that’s little different than what we see today. Classes of beneficiares, wills, estates, trusts, insurance settlements, and so on. All stuff that with only mildy updating remains relevant today.
