Details of insurance coverage:
- Ages 45 to 75
- No medical exam or doctor's schedule required.
- Your choice of coverage from $5,000 to $25,000
- Premiums payable for 20 years only.
- Death benefit paid in full at the later of 20 years or age 85 (even if living).
- Your choice of beneficiary (spouse, dependents, church, or charity for example). Death benefit is paid tax free to the beneficiary.
- Coverage starts as soon as the application is completed with only 5 questions answered 'no' and the first premium has been paid.
Premiums are guaranteed.
- Death benefits for the first two years are limited to the return of premiums paid plus 10% interest (unless death is the result of an accident, in which case the full death benefit is paid). After two years the full death benefit is payable whatever the cause.

- Within the last two years have you had a stroke, heart attack, or been advised to have heart surgery?
- Within the last three years have you consulted a physician for, or received treatment for cancer?
- Within the last three years have you been declined for individual life insurance by Wawanesa Life or any other insurer?
- Have you ben diagnosed, treated for, or had any indication of AIDS or AIDS related complex?
- Are you currently restricted to a wheel chair, bedridden, hospitalized or confined to a nursing facility?
